“Somebody should DO something about it.”
Next time you find yourself thinking something along those lines, try following up by asking, “What could *I* do about it?” Not because it’s your job, but because it’s obviously something about life, the Universe, and everything, that bothers you.
That’s how my brother Bodo in Germany and his brother Patryk in Poland do things.
They’re currently raising money to help children in hospice care. And they’re using a €500, 15-year old Mitsubishi do it. They’ll be driving their “Carbage” Mitsubishi over 1,500 miles (2,500km) collecting donations for the cause.
Think about that for a minute. Even just two buddies in an old beater on a road trip can make a difference in the world. You can “do something about it” by having a little fun and sharing it with your friends.
And you can do something about it right now by clicking this link and throwing them a couple bucks.
And if you just can’t swing it right now, you can do something about it by sharing this story to help them spread the word.
PS: If anyone in the audience wants to do something like this here in the States, Please let me know.
