Have you ever been to a major international autoshow? You probably saw several large display booths as you toured the event. Mitsubishi Australia recently shared some timelapse footage of the 450 people unloading over 300 semi-truckloads of equipment (and vehicles) prior to opening day of the 2008 Sydney International Motor Show. We thought you might like to see that.
Every so often, Mitsubishi Australia will publish their digital magazine called “Eclipse.” We’ve been subscribing for some time, now. Stories of people retracing their roots across the barren Outback in showroom stock Pajeros and Triton pickups, weekend trips through wine country, and, more. In the issue that arrived in our inbox yesterday morning, they share a timelapse video of the bump-in (setup) of their booth at the 2008 Sydney International Motor Show (which we would very much like to attend one day, but can’t afford the airfare, hint, hint).
Because the publication is Flash-based, we can’t link you directly to each story, but Eclipse is really easy to navigate. You’re going to see a page with a bunch of pictures on it. You can click the little arrows at the bottom to read through, cover-to-cover, or you can jump to the stories you like by hovering over the pictures to expand the title and clicking. We highly recommend reading what President/CEO Gen Nishina has to say about the issue and the motorshow coverage.
Now, make the jump, visit Eclipse: The Online Magazine, and learn a little bit about Mitsubishi Motors Australia. Then maybe come on back by and let us know what you thought about it? We’ve been reading this one for a couple years, but we’d be curious to know what you think.
Go fast with class.
